The part that hits the most is when you're out enjoying a moment, whether that be a show, exhibit..., and everyone has their phones out. I always felt awkward for not having mine out and simply enjoying the moment.
Now I will reframe this and simply stand in my truth that I am simply enjoying myself in the moment and that my memories will be sufficient to remember it all!
